RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We want you to be extremely happy with your Infamous Swim purchase. We know it is sometimes hard to buy swimwear online, and so we offer a very hassle free process for exchanges.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Infamous Swim is NOT required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect sizing or selection. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description.
In the case where a refund is requested you will be offered the option to exchange or for us to issue store credit (for the cost of the items returning is the sole responsibility of the customer).

*NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
*READ CAREFULLY ALL SIZING OPTIONS ARE STATED, SLIGHT COLOUR DIFFERENCES MAY APPEAR BASED ON PRINTING BATCHES.
Returns can be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in:
- Their original condition
- With original tags
- Accompanied by the original Infamous Swim receipt and all/any swing tags
If the item you wish to exchange is currently not in stock, we will happily issue you a credit note. The credit note has a 12 month expiry from the date of issue.
If you would like to return an item/s please follow the steps listed below:
1. Please email email@example.com with your order #, name and the product name/size you wish to exchange for.
2. Once your return is approved, you are responsible for return shipping to Infamous Swim. See address below.
- Once we have received and checked that your items meet the returns eligibility above you will be emailed a unique coupon code that will allow you to purchase your items again upon availability.You must use the full amount in one transaction, the remainder will not be refunded. You will be charged a re-shipping fee of $18.00.

Please note: Infamous Swim will not be held accountable for any lost items returned in the post, these items must be tracked by the customer. We highly recommend registering your returns parcel with tracking ID and signature. Infamous Swim will not cover the cost of shipping the item back, nor take liability for parcels lost in transit.
