I ordered an item on pre-order as well as an item currently in stock. When can I expect to receive my items?
If you have purchased an item currently available as well as an item for pre-order, we will automatically combine your purchase and distribute your order once the pre-ordered style is available. If you would like to get the other item/s sooner, please contact us so we can invoice you for additional postage and get your item to you ASAP.
I ordered an item on pre-order but have changed my mind. Can I cancel?
No. We cannot cancel any orders, however we may be able to edit your pre-order for a different size/style.
I ordered an item on pre-order but it's taking too long. Can I cancel?
Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and are subject to change without notice. Our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order. Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.
