In the event of overselling, we will issue a refund for the affected items and proceed to ship the remaining items in your order as we work through the orders

- North American orders will be shipped via Australia Post International, DHL e-Commerce and DHL Express. Orders over $800 USD value may be split in to multiple shipments to ensure quickest and safest delivery
- Canadian orders will be sent via Australia Post International, you are likely to incur duties taxes on your order, please read our paragraph about this below
- UK & European orders will be sent via Australia Post International, you are likely to incur duties taxes on your order, please read our paragraph about this below

TAXES & DUTIES
If you live in Canada, UK or Europe, you are likely to incur customs duties and taxes in your country by your customs department. These additional costs are your responsibility to pay and will like be around 20-30% of your total order value. These duties and taxes will differ between each countries own tax laws, please check with your local Customs Office for more information. Infamous Swim is not responsible for these charges.
We are required by law to provide accurate information about your order on the commercial invoice. We cannot change the declared value of your order. These duties and taxes are charged to you by your countries customs department and our out of our control.
If you choose to not accept your delivery from DHL and 'Return To Sender', for any reason including due to duties and taxes, Infamous Swim can only refund the order value less both outbound and inbound shipping fees.
By placing your order with Infamous Swim you are accepting these terms and conditions as part of our purchase.
DISCLAIMER
By placing an order with Infamous, you acknowledge you are responsible for any original shipping charges, any applicable customs and duties import fees or customs requirements (i.e. Proof of ID), and the cost of return shipping, should you wish to exchange your items.
Our warehouse team ship your order out pretty quickly so please take care in choosing your items, sizes and complete your address on your order as our customer service team can't always change this in time. If you need to make any changes to your order details, please email info@infamousswim.com immediately.
Infamous Swim is not responsible for incorrect shipping address being provided, nor any associated costs to cover error made be the customer, nor for the loss in transit of any packages lost as a result of the wrong address being entered by the customer.
All of our international parcels are subject to your relevant local Government Authorities' Screening Processes. You may be required to provide photo ID or a copy of your passport to clear your parcel. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are responsible to provide the relevant proof of identification to assist our Carriers in completing the Screening and Clearance process. If you are unable to meet these requirements, you will be liable for shipping and return to sender fees, as the parcel will be returned to us.
